Infosys and Proximus Group announced a strategic collaboration on Tuesday, focusing on innovative business opportunities. According to a release, the partnership will adopt a joint go-to-market strategy, leveraging Proximus' international affiliates' products, including Route Mobile's CPaaS and Telesign's Digital Identity solutions.
The collaboration aims to drive significant advances in omnichannel customer engagement and AI-driven digital assistants for their clientele. Additionally, it seeks to improve digital security with solutions for digital identity and fraud protection, enhancing trusted communication online.
This partnership allows both Infosys and Proximus to strengthen their digital service offerings and deliver cutting-edge solutions to business and residential customers in Belgium and globally.
