The India Mobile Congress 2024, a landmark event, underscored India's prominent role in defining global tech standards by spotlighting 6G, ethical AI, and data privacy. Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized Digital India's foundational pillars while inaugurating the event.
This four-day expo attracted unprecedented participation from over 1.75 lac attendees from 123 countries, accompanied by the World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly. The conference saw a significant boost in GSMA's involvement, enriching the event's global standing.
Tech innovators and companies highlighted advancements in next-gen technologies such as 5G, quantum computing, and green tech, with a special focus on AI showcasing 750 creative use-cases. Over 310 partners, including 13 government ministries and numerous startups, were key participants, making the event a confluence of ideas for futuristic technological progress.
