Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the largest IT services firm in the country, has announced a strategic partnership with analytics software company FICO. The collaboration aims to bring cutting-edge optimization and decision management solutions to various industries. Initially, the focus will be on telecom service providers to minimize customer churn and control costs.
In other news, Kaku Nakhate, the country head for Bank of America in India, was recognized by the US Secretary of State for corporate excellence. Her contributions to enhancing women's economic security through financial inclusion and leadership development initiatives garnered her this prestigious honor, a release from the US Consulate General revealed.
Furthermore, AGS Transact Technologies has enabled QR-based cash withdrawals at ATMs, using the Unified Payments Interface (UPI). This new service, available at over 1,000 ATMs of a state-owned bank, promises a more efficient and card-free banking experience by allowing customers to withdraw cash through a simple QR code scan via their banking app.
