Vertoz Limited, an AI-powered MadTech and CloudTech platform, reported a 73% year-on-year revenue growth for H1 FY25, reaching Rs. 123.82 crore. The company's EBITDA grew by 49.8% and PAT rose by 42%. This positive performance was attributed to new client additions and strategic initiatives.

Mumbai, November 12, 2024: Vertoz Limited, notable for its AI-powered MadTech and CloudTech solutions, unveiled its robust financial performance for Q2 and H1 of FY25, showcasing significant growth.

For Q2 FY25, Vertoz registered a revenue of Rs. 63.65 crore, marking a 69% increase from the previous year. EBITDA and PAT figures also showed upward trends at 3.5% and 28% increases, respectively. The half-year results revealed revenue standing at Rs. 123.82 crore, up 73%, with EBITDA growing by nearly 50% and PAT by 42%.

According to Ashish Shah, Promoter & Director, new client additions and strategic initiatives propelled this strong growth. He expressed optimism about the future despite global economic challenges, emphasizing gratitude to shareholders and stakeholders.
