Google India Secures Prime Office Space in Mumbai's BKC
Google India and Google Cloud India have renewed their leases for sizable office spaces in Mumbai's Bandra-Kurla Complex. The agreements include multi-crore monthly rents and an escalation clause. Both leases will commence in June 2025, lasting five years, with a planned rent hike after 36 months.

In a major real estate move, Google India Pvt Ltd and Google Cloud India Pvt Ltd have renewed their office leases in Mumbai's bustling Bandra-Kurla Complex. The new lease agreements, announced by real estate consultant Square Yards, commence in June 2025 and will last for five years.
Google India's lease covers a vast 1,11,000 square feet area across two floors, carrying a monthly rent of Rs 3.55 crore, with a security deposit of Rs 9.64 crore. Google Cloud India occupies 38,678 square feet with a monthly rent of Rs 1.24 crore and a deposit of Rs 3.13 crore. Both agreements stipulate a 15 per cent rent hike after 36 months.
Situated in the First International Financial Center, these premium spaces reflect Google's ongoing commitment to its diverse operations in India, spanning cloud computing, advertising, and broader digital initiatives.
