Citizens will harness Infosys' prowess in financial services and tech domains, utilizing these technologies to develop state-of-the-art cloud-native platforms. The initiative is set to facilitate Citizens' data center exit while enhancing operational resilience and stability.

Over the past five years, this alliance has reached significant milestones, including the development of a robust data lake, the creation of enterprise APIs, achieving 90% test automation, migrating critical workloads to the cloud, and rationalizing various applications and tools.
