In a significant boost to its expansion plans, deep-tech startup Genovation Technological Solutions has successfully secured over Rs 1.32 crore in a pre-seed funding round. The Kolkata-founded company now boasts a valuation exceeding Rs 52.8 crore, according to an official statement released on Tuesday.

The funds will be directed towards product development, team growth, and research and development, as CEO Anurita Das outlined. 'The investment is a testament to the belief that responsibly built, intelligent AI has the capacity to revolutionize world operations,' Das remarked.

Headquartered in West Bengal with operations in the US, Genovation's flagship platform, Mentis, is an 'Agentic AI' solution emphasizing data privacy and is positioned to serve sectors from manufacturing to defense and healthcare.
