Angel Yeast's New Facility Fuels Biomanufacturing and Brewing Innovations

Angel Yeast has launched a trial of its new specialty yeast project at Baiyang Biotechnology Park, aiming for an annual capacity of 8,500 tons. The facility, designed for craft brewing and bioenergy, enhances biomanufacturing value. It's complemented by a pilot test platform for advancing R&D and reducing time-to-market.

Angel Yeast, renowned globally for its prowess in yeast and fermentation technologies, has embarked on trial production at its latest specialty yeast project located in the Baiyang Biotechnology Park within the Yichang High-tech Zone.

This state-of-the-art facility set in motion material feeding on August 31. Once fully operational, it is projected to achieve an annual production capacity of 8,500 tons. This development is particularly significant as it finalizes Angel Yeast's comprehensive involvement in specialty yeast production, spanning from research and development to scalable manufacturing.

In tandem with the facility, Angel Yeast has unveiled a Brewing Functional Microorganism Pilot Test Platform. This platform aims to bridge the gap between laboratory findings and industry-level applications, offering precise quality assessments and optimized R&D directions.
