Oppo India has announced an ambitious expansion with the opening of 110 new premium service centers throughout the country this year. These new openings are set to feature dedicated product and gaming experience zones, enhancing the customer service offered by the smartphone maker.
The company, which already operates 29 premium service centers, aims to improve user experience through the Service Center 3.0 Pro model. This includes digital check-ins and real-time queue updates, reducing customer wait times significantly. The enhanced centers will maintain a focus on efficiency and clear communication.
Oppo emerged as the second-largest smartphone supplier in India alongside Samsung. The expansion will see premium centers across 18 states, such as Gujarat and Kerala, among others. The centers are designed with a refreshed visual identity, offering a welcoming environment and hands-on device exploration.
