The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics announced on Wednesday that crucial economic reports would face delays following a three-day government shutdown.
The January employment report is now scheduled for release next Wednesday. Additionally, the Consumer Price Index report for January will be published next Friday instead of Wednesday, as originally planned.
