Elon Musk inhales Tesla Inc shares through marijuana
Investors in the electric vehicle firm are on the edge after a hectic August in which Musk proposed and then annulled a plan to get the company out of the stock market.
Tesla Inc shares suffered their biggest fall in two years on Friday, impacted by the resignation of a top executive after a month in office and growing concerns from investors about the behavior of its chief executive, Elon Musk, who smoked marijuana in a live program on the internet.
Investors in the electric vehicle firm are on the edge after a hectic August in which Musk proposed and then annulled a plan to get the company out of the stock market.
The company said that the director of accounting, Dave Morton, resigned due to discomfort with the level of public attention and the pace of work. Morton, whose departure comes after the US Securities and Exchange Commission opened an investigation into Musk's aborted plan, joins the list of executives who recently left Tesla.
Bloomberg also reported on Friday that the manager of Personas de Tesla, Gaby Toledano, will not return from a license just over a year after her arrival.

Even before the unexpected announcement made by Musk on Twitter on August 7, in which he assured that he had "secured" the financing to get the company out of the stock market, Tesla has been monopolizing the attention of investors, analysts and short sellers in a moment in which it seeks to fulfill its production objectives and reduce its heavy expenses.
Morton, who arrived at Tesla on August 6, said, according to a statement released by the firm on Friday that he believes "strongly" in Tesla and has no disagreements with the company's leadership or with its financial reports.
During the night, Musk has recorded smoking marijuana and drinking whiskey on a two and a half hour live webcast with comedian Joe Rogan. The program quickly went viral on Instagram and other social networks.
Tesla shares, which fell just 1 percent after Musk's appearance on the Internet, fell 10 percent after Morton resigned and lost 6 percent at 1637 GMT, to 263, 62 dollars.
