No changes in banking laws, says Mexican president-elect

Mexican President-elect Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on Friday said his government would not propose any changes to banking laws during the first three years of his adminstration, sparking a sharp reversal of losses in Mexican stocks.

Lopez Obrador said that there would not be "changes to the rules of operations of banks" during the first three years.
