TK Elevator partners with Infosys to accelerate digital transformation goals

Infosys has entered into a strategic collaboration with TK Elevator (TKE) to consolidate, harmonize, and modernize the latter's digital landscape.

The partnership aims to innovate and transform the company's application and IT environment with an AI-first strategy powered by Infosys Topaz. Infosys Topaz is an AI-first set of services, solutions and platforms using generative AI technologies. The offering helps amplify the potential of humans, enterprises and communities to accelerate growth, build connected ecosystems and unlock efficiencies at scale.

As part of this strategic collaboration, the companies will migrate the operations of all TKE business applications across North America and major markets in Europe to Infosys, thereby enabling integrated application management.

Leveraging its Live Enterprise Application Management Platform (LEAP), a cloud-enabled platform that delivers NextGen Application Management Services, Infosys will deliver a user-centric, business outcome-driven solution to TKE.

The Bengaluru-based IT giant will also will lead Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD WAN) transformation and operations.
