Paras Buildtech to Invest Rs 500 Crore in Gurugram Luxury Housing Project

Paras Buildtech plans to invest Rs 500 crore in a new luxury housing project in Gurugram, aiming to leverage strong market demand. The project, named 'The Manor', will feature 120 high-end apartments and is expected to generate Rs 1,200 crore in revenue. Completion is anticipated by August 2028.

Paras Buildtech announced on Monday that it will invest approximately Rs 500 crore to develop 'The Manor,' a luxury housing project in Gurugram. This move comes in response to robust market demand for high-end residential properties.

The project, located at Gwal Pahari, will encompass 120 apartments across 4.26 acres. Each apartment, priced around Rs 9 crore, spans 4,750 square feet in size. Kunal Rishi, COO of Paras Buildtech, expects the venture to generate Rs 1,200 crore in revenue.

Set for completion by August 2028, the development capitalizes on Gwal Pahari's strategic location, offering seamless connectivity between Delhi and Gurugram. Paras Buildtech has previously delivered 15 million square feet of retail, commercial, and residential spaces.
