Jindal Stainless Completes Acquisition of Evergreat International Investment

Jindal Stainless Ltd has announced the completion of its acquisition of Evergreat International Investment Pte Ltd, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition took effect on June 4, 2024. This move further strengthens Jindal Stainless, India's largest stainless steel manufacturing company, and its subsidiary Chromeni Steels Private Limited.

Jindal Stainless Ltd has successfully concluded its acquisition of Evergreat International Investment Pte Ltd, Singapore (EIPL), as per an official announcement made on Tuesday.

With the acquisition of a 100 per cent stake in EIPL, it has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of JSL, while Chromeni Steels Private Limited (CSPL) is now a step-down subsidiary. The acquisition is effective from June 4, 2024.

Jindal Stainless, recognized as India's largest stainless steel manufacturing company, aims to bolster its operational capabilities and market presence through this strategic acquisition.
