DLF's Rajiv Singh Tops India’s Wealthiest Real Estate Entrepreneurs List
According to the 2024 GROHE-Hurun India Real Estate 100 list, Rajiv Singh of DLF is the richest real estate entrepreneur with a wealth of Rs 1,24,420 crore. The list also includes Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Gautam Adani, and other notable figures, showcasing a significant increase in their wealth and valuations.

Realty major DLF Chairman Rajiv Singh has been declared the richest real estate entrepreneur with a staggering wealth of Rs 1,24,420 crore, as per the 2024 GROHE-Hurun India Real Estate 100 list.
Following Singh, Macrotech Developers founder Mangal Prabhat Lodha secured the second position with a wealth of Rs 91,700 crore. Gautam Adani, despite being India's second richest individual, claimed the third spot among real estate tycoons with Rs 56,500 crore, showcasing a notable 62% increase from the previous year.
The report also highlighted that DLF is the top company by valuation, standing at Rs 2 lakh crore. Macrotech Developers and the Indian Hotels Company followed with respective valuations of Rs 1.4 lakh crore and Rs 79,150 crore.
