Incuspaze Secures $8 Million to Meet Rising Demand for Flexible Workspaces

Co-working firm Incuspaze has raised $8 million from investors, including India Inflection Opportunity Fund, to expand its business. The funds will help enhance service offerings and accelerate expansion plans across its 44 locations in 18 cities. Incuspaze aims to meet the evolving needs of large enterprises, MSMEs, and startups.

Co-working firm Incuspaze has successfully raised USD 8 million from investors such as the India Inflection Opportunity Fund (IIOF). This funding comes amid a growing demand for flexible workspaces.

In an official statement on Monday, Incuspaze announced that the investment would significantly strengthen its ability to provide premium flexible workspaces to large enterprises, MSMEs, and startups.

The newly acquired funds will accelerate the company's expansion plans and enhance its service offerings to meet the shifting needs of its diverse clientele, the company added. Established in 2016, Incuspaze currently operates in 44 locations across 18 cities, encompassing a total portfolio of 3 million square feet.
