TVS Supply Chain Solutions Posts Profit Boost Amid Market Expansion

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd, part of TVS Mobility Group, reported a consolidated profit of Rs 7.5 crore for the April-June 2024 quarter, rebounding from a net loss of Rs 51.2 crore a year earlier. This growth was fueled by strong performance in both Integrated Supply Chain Solutions and Network Solutions verticals.

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd, a key player in the supply chain industry, announced a consolidated profit of Rs 7.5 crore for the April-June 2024 quarter. This marks a significant recovery from a net loss of Rs 51.2 crore during the same period last year. The company attributes its success to robust growth in its Integrated Supply Chain Solutions (ISCS) and Network Solutions (NS) segments.

Managing Director Ravi Viswanathan commented, "We had a strong first quarter, driven by topline growth in both our ISCS and NS segments. The ISCS segment continues to lead our performance, supported by significant volume improvements in the NS segment." Revenue for the quarter increased by 4.7% to Rs 2,539.4 crore, up from Rs 2,426.3 crore a year ago. The company's growth was bolstered by an improved macro-economic situation and tech-led supply chain transformation.

TVS Supply Chain Solutions also secured partnerships with global OEMs in the commercial vehicle sector across India and Singapore, enhancing their market footprint. Additionally, the company received 'Partner Level Supplier' recognition from a US-based farm equipment manufacturer. Chief Financial Officer Ravi Prakash Bhagavathula noted, "Our investments in process automation and productivity have driven improvements in operating margins and debt management, leading to better profit before tax outcomes over the last four quarters."
