Poland Moosa, the visionary founder of Fragrance World, was recently honored with the King of Perfume title during the prestigious APJ Abdul Kalam Award 2024 ceremony in New Delhi. This event took place at the Delhi Vidhan Sabha in the Old Secretariat.
The APJ Abdul Kalam Award celebrates individuals who have made exceptional contributions to scientific development, humanities, and student welfare. Moosa was recognized for his remarkable entrepreneurial achievements and contributions to innovation in the fragrance sector. His journey, which began in Kerala, saw him travel from Mysore and Dubai before establishing Fragrance World in 2003. Today, the company operates 12 wholesale stores worldwide and plans further expansion.
