For Q1 FY25, Rushil Decor reported a 15.9% year-over-year revenue growth, recording ₹2,235.0 million. Gross profit stood at ₹1,014.6 million, showing a 7.6% rise compared to the previous year. In his statement, Krupesh Thakkar, Chairman & Managing Director, highlighted the company's expansion within the laminates division, with a new facility for jumbo-size sheets expected to start operations by Q3 FY25. Additionally, a preferential funding of Rs. 122.66 crores through convertible warrants has been approved, with significant investment into the new facility. Rushil Decor also continues to champion sustainability through agroforestry initiatives to ensure a sustainable supply chain.
