Apple, the renowned iPhone manufacturer, reported record revenue growth in India and over two dozen countries for the quarter ending June 30, 2024, CEO Tim Cook revealed on Friday.

The company's net income grew by 7.8% to USD 21.44 billion in the June quarter of 2024, compared to USD 19.8 billion in the same period last year.

Apple's total net sales surged by 4.8%, reaching USD 85.77 billion, up from USD 81.79 billion in the June quarter of 2023. Cook highlighted that the firm achieved quarterly revenue records in various countries, including Canada, Mexico, France, Germany, India, and several others.

Despite a 1% decline in iPhone sales, which amounted to USD 39.29 billion, the company saw favorable results in other segments. Mac sales increased by 2.4% to over USD 7 billion, and iPad sales saw a substantial 24% rise, amounting to USD 7.16 billion. Apple's CFO, Luca Maestri, noted that the Mac installed base hit an all-time high, with half of the quarterly MacBook Air buyers being new customers.
