River Mobility's Gigantic Expansion: 100 EV Showrooms by 2026

River Mobility Pvt Ltd, an electric vehicle startup based in Bengaluru and backed by Yamaha Motor Corp and Mitsui & Company Ltd, is on an ambitious expansion path.

The company aims to open 100 showrooms by March 2026, starting with its first store in Chennai. Additional stores in Coimbatore and other key cities are in the pipeline.

CEO Aravind Mani revealed that the company has already sold 1,500 units of its 'Indie' range since October 2023 and plans to unveil a new product in early 2026.
