Premium lubrication oil manufacturer GS Caltex India announced on Monday the appointment of Vijay Savant as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1.

Savant, previously with South Korean firm LG Chem, brings over 25 years of experience, having worked at Reliance Industries and BP as well, according to a company statement.

Saatvik Solar declared the appointment of Abani Kant Jha as its Chief Financial Officer on the same day. Jha joins with extensive expertise drawn from a 25-year career across various industries.

Moreover, Happiest Minds Technologies welcomed Mittu Sridhara and Rajiv Shah to its board of directors, bringing the total number of board members to eight. Executive Chairman Ashok Soota highlighted their significant contributions to strategic IT roles and digital business growth.
