Brigade Group Announces Major Commercial Development on Bengaluru's Airport Road

Brigade Group will develop a 1.4 million square feet commercial project on Airport Road, Bengaluru, expected to generate an annual rental income of Rs 65-70 crore. This venture aims to meet the dynamic needs of businesses and significantly contribute to the city's economic growth, according to Joint Managing Director Nirupa Shankar.

Realty firm Brigade Group announced on Tuesday the development of a commercial project encompassing 1.4 million square feet in Bengaluru, projected to yield rental income ranging from Rs 65 to 70 crore annually.

In a corporate statement, Brigade Group revealed that its subsidiary, Brigade Tetrarch Pvt Ltd, has entered a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) agreement to develop the commercial space. ''The project underscores our commitment to creating world-class, tech-enabled commercial environments with comprehensive amenities to meet the evolving needs of businesses,'' said Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Group.

Situated on Airport Road, a key commercial hub in Bengaluru, the project promises unparalleled connectivity and accessibility.
