Air India Express has launched 'AIX Connect,' a virtual interline platform developed with Dohop, allowing passengers to book connecting flights with partner airlines. The first partner on this platform is Singapore's Scoot. This initiative enhances flight connectivity and booking options for travelers.

Air India Express announced on Tuesday the launch of 'AIX Connect,' a virtual interline platform designed to offer passengers a broader range of booking options.

Developed in collaboration with leading travel solutions technology company Dohop, the platform allows travelers to book self-connect itineraries between Air India Express and its partner airlines, thereby expanding the airline's connectivity.

The first airline to partner on this platform is Singapore's Scoot. By starting their flight search on Air India Express's website, users can seamlessly book connecting flights, integrating services from both Air India Express and the partner airline.
