New Delhi, Aug 13 (PTI) - Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd, which owns the popular Cafe Coffee Day chain, has resolved regulatory issues with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) by paying Rs 7.52 lakh in settlement charges.
The settlement comes after the company's initiative to halt the ongoing proceedings by offering a settlement proposal without admitting or denying the allegations.
Sebi confirmed the acceptance of the settlement terms and the receipt of the payment, which concludes the adjudication process regarding the company's alleged violations of the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) rules.
