NBCC Ltd Reports 38% Surge in Q1 Net Profit

State-owned NBCC Ltd reported a significant 38% increase in consolidated net profit for the first quarter of this fiscal, reaching Rs 107.19 crore compared to Rs 77.41 crore in the same period last year. The company's total income also rose to Rs 2,197.83 crore in the April-June quarter.

State-owned NBCC Ltd on Tuesday reported a 38 percent increase in its consolidated net profit for the first quarter of this fiscal year, amounting to Rs 107.19 crore.

This marks a considerable rise from the Rs 77.41 crore net profit reported in the year-ago period.

According to a regulatory filing, the company's total income surged to Rs 2,197.83 crore in the April-June quarter, up from Rs 1,974.03 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. NBCC specializes in project management consultancy and real estate.
