Charity Event Brings Joy and Supplies to Underprivileged Bihar Children

A heartwarming charity event, jointly organized by the International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF) and New Child Fun, was held at Jhuggi Jhopri Primary School in Bihar on August 14. The event provided essential supplies and joyful experiences to 55 underprivileged children, highlighting a message of hope and community care.
Coordinated by Vikash Kumar Gupta and supported by dedicated volunteers, including Pratibha Gupta, Ganesh Kumar, Santosh Kumar, Imam Khan, Nagma, and Rimjhim Kumari, the event offered a variety of crucial items. Children received umbrellas, stationery, snacks, hygiene products, and health drinks, all aimed at addressing their daily and educational needs. The day began with the children showcasing their talents through a welcome song, dance, and prayer, followed by engaging activities and performances arranged by the volunteers.
Vikash Kumar Gupta, head of Jhuggi Jhopri Primary School, expressed deep gratitude towards IYDF and New Child Fun, emphasizing the profound impact of their support. He noted that the event not only fulfilled practical needs but also made the children feel valued and loved. The organizers shared their joy: 'Witnessing the smiles and happiness on the children's faces made all our efforts worthwhile,' they remarked, reflecting on the success of the day.
