PNN Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], August 16: AVG Logistics Limited, a leading multimodal logistics solutions provider, has unveiled its unaudited financial results for Q1 FY25.

Key consolidated financial highlights for the quarter include a total income of Rs 123.68 Cr, reflecting a 22.75% year-on-year growth, and an EBITDA of Rs 23.62 Cr, a 24.45% increase compared to the previous year. The EBITDA margin stood at 19.10%, showcasing a 26 basis point rise year-on-year. Profit after tax reached Rs 5.21 Cr, marking a substantial 105.90% growth, with a PAT margin of 4.21%, a hike of 170 basis points. Earnings per share (EPS) came in at Rs 3.81, up 77.21% year-on-year.

On a standalone basis, the financial performance also saw an upswing with a total income of Rs 123.39 Cr, a 22.46% year-on-year growth, and an EBITDA of Rs 23.55 Cr, reflecting a 24.05% increase. The standalone EBITDA margin was 19.09%, rising by 24 basis points. The company recorded a profit after tax of Rs 5.17 Cr, an impressive 148.24% growth, with a PAT margin of 4.19%, up by 212 basis points. The EPS for the standalone segment reached Rs 3.78, a 113.56% increase.

Highlighting its Q1 FY25 achievements, AVG Logistics has focused on enhancing rail transportation through a long-term contract with Indian Railways and expanding its green logistics segment by adding LNG-powered and electric vehicles to its fleet. The company plans to launch 50 more electric and LNG vehicles by June '25 to further its green logistics initiative. Additionally, AVG is transitioning to rail solutions for appliance transportation under a substantial Rs 50 crore contract over three years, aiming to elevate its multimodal connectivity.

The company has been recognized with the 'Committed to Safety & Resilience Award' by Nestle India and has been allotted a new 4-acre land parcel by the Odisha Government in Khurda District, Bhubaneswar, to establish an ancillary unit bolstering logistics support and business growth in the region.
