Aurobindo Pharma's China Production to Start Next Quarter

Aurobindo Pharma expects its China facility to commence production next quarter, fully scaling up by the next fiscal year. The company's CFO, Santhanam Subramanian, confirmed the plans and highlighted the ongoing progress on Pen-G production in Andhra Pradesh. The drug maker is optimistic about its revenue growth and EBITDA targets.

Aurobindo Pharma is set to begin production at its China facility next quarter, with full-scale operations anticipated in the next fiscal year, CFO Santhanam Subramanian announced.

The Hyderabad-based drug giant plans a small volume roll-out in November-December and aims to increase production in the January-March quarter.

The company also aims to achieve large-scale commercialisation of Pen-G in Andhra Pradesh, significantly boosting production from October. Aurobindo Pharma remains confident of maintaining its growth momentum in Europe and other growth markets, while also targeting an EBITDA margin of 21-22% this fiscal.
