The Indian trade community in Seychelles is eager to engage in Commonwealth Trade activities, as expressed by Honorary Trade Commissioner of India, Karunanithy Vaithiyanathasamy. He highlighted the enthusiasm to offer a platform for young Commonwealth leaders to discuss trade ties.
Karunanithy Vaithiyanathasamy emphasized the increasingly robust business relationship between India and Seychelles, pointing out the potential for further exploration. In a press release, he shared the proposal to establish an incubation center in Seychelles, akin to the one set up in Zanzibar.
Seychelles' High Commissioner to India, Lalatiana Accouche, encouraged business leaders from Tamil Nadu to consider setting up entities in Seychelles, urging industry captains to recognize the country's business potential beyond its aesthetic appeal. An in-depth India-Seychelles Report 2024 was also unveiled, delving into the bilateral relationship.
