Patel Engineering and RVNL Join Forces for Global Infrastructure Projects

Patel Engineering announced on Friday that it has entered into an agreement with state-owned Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) to collaborate on hydro and other infrastructure projects.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aims to enable both companies to execute projects within India and in international markets, Patel Engineering Ltd (PEL) said in a statement.
The strategic partnership will focus on identified hydro and other infrastructure projects, allowing the companies to bid for projects jointly or separately, based on the opportunities available.
When submitting joint bids, both entities will align their strategies, structures, and terms to ensure a cohesive project execution plan, PEL stated.
RVNL, which operates under the Ministry of Railways, is renowned for its expertise in project development, financing, and implementing rail infrastructure projects.
