The WR's Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Mumbai, emphasized the seriousness of the issue, stating, 'We take this matter very seriously. The staff involved has been suspended pending an inquiry. A thorough investigation will be conducted to ensure accountability, and appropriate actions will follow based on the findings to maintain our standards and service integrity.'
