India Global Forum (IGF) has made a significant move to extend its global influence by appointing senior BBC executive Uday Karan Verma as the new President - Business Relations. The announcement was made on October 1 in New Delhi.

Verma, who has served over seven years at BBC India and most recently held the position of Country Manager, brings substantial expertise in creating business opportunities and developing strategic alliances. His appointment is a strategic fit for IGF’s growth plans, which include several high-profile hires aimed at boosting its international presence.
