Awfis Space Solutions Reports Turnaround with Impressive Profits

Awfis Space Solutions Ltd has announced a consolidated net profit of Rs 15.17 crore in the third fiscal quarter, overcoming last year's Rs 6.28 crore loss. With an increased total income of Rs 331.46 crore and strategic expansions, Awfis aims to reach 1,35,000 operational seats by March 2025.

In a remarkable turnaround, Awfis Space Solutions Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 15.17 crore for the third fiscal quarter. This impressive recovery comes after the company faced a net loss of Rs 6.28 crore in the same period last year.

Fueled by a surge in total income to Rs 331.46 crore from Rs 225.77 crore, Awfis attributes its financial success to strategic expansions undertaken since March 2024. The co-working firm has added 27,000 seats and 33 centres, bringing their total to 1,20,000 seats across 193 operational centers.

Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director of Awfis, remains optimistic about the company's goals, stating, 'We remain confident in reaching our target of 1,35,000 operational seats by March 2025.' As a leading provider of flexible office spaces, Awfis is poised for continued growth.
