Russia hits two foreign vessels in Ukraine's Odesa region, Zelenskiy says

​Russia ​hit ‌two vessels ​sailing under foreign ‌flags in Ukraine's Black Sea region ‌of Odesa, ‌President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Tuesday. Zelenskiy ⁠said ​that ⁠Russian strikes also damaged ⁠energy facilities, substations, ​civilian businesses and residential buildings.

The ⁠capital Kyiv ⁠and ​10 other regions came ⁠under attack overnight, he ⁠added.
