Nisus Finance Services Co Limited, a prominent investment management firm, has announced a strategic collaboration with global investment bank Houlihan Lokey to bolster its High Yield Growth Fund, targeting high-return assets in the Gulf region. This move marks a significant step in their expansion plans, with expectations of raising substantial new capital.

Houlihan Lokey, known for its expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and financial restructuring, will guide the Dubai-based Nisus Finance Investment Consultancy in securing funding for the closed-ended investment fund. The goal is to achieve a US dollar IRR of over 20% through investments in prime properties in Dubai.

With recent financial backing exceeding AED 100 million from Banque BanorientFrance, Nisus Finance's strategy is to leverage stable, rent-yielding assets across the UAE. Led by Chairman & Managing Director Amit Anil Goenka and supported by Dr. Vivek Anand Oberoi, the firm is well-positioned to build a sustainable, high-performance investment platform with ambitious growth targets.
