Signature Global, a prominent real estate company, is forecasting a substantial increase in operational revenue this fiscal year, driven by robust sales and successful project completions. The company's Chairman, Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, stated that revenue is expected to exceed Rs 3,000 crore, marking a 2.5-fold jump.
In an exclusive interview with PTI, Aggarwal expressed confidence in surpassing the company's initial pre-sales goal of Rs 10,000 crore and projected launches worth Rs 16,000 crore by the end of the fiscal year. He highlighted strong performance in sales bookings, customer collections, and project deliveries so far.
Aggarwal's optimistic outlook was bolstered by the company's financial results; operational revenue soared to Rs 1,977.58 crore between April and December, up from the previous year's corresponding period. Signature Global's expansion strategy involves acquiring additional land to meet increasing demand and sustain growth.
