The targeted allocation of these financial instruments involves 2,50,000 warrants for Saajan Subhash Rathod and 2,50,000 for Mayank Subhash Rathod. Aimed at bolstering the company's manufacturing capabilities, the funds are earmarked for operational needs and capital expenditures, conditional upon shareholder approval.
Rajesh Mehra, Managing Director of Active Clothing Co Limited, emphasized that this move reflects trust in the company's innovative 'design-to-shelf' model.
