Cognizant Rolls Out Highest Bonus Payouts in Three Years

Cognizant has started informing employees about bonus payouts ranging from 85-115%, the highest in three years. Eligible employees will receive their bonuses throughout March and April. Merit pay increases are scheduled for August 2025, continuing the firm's annual cycle of salary adjustments.

Cognizant, a leader in IT services, is notifying employees about their bonus payouts, which range from 85 to 115 percent, marking the highest level in three years. According to sources, majority of the workforce will benefit from these bonuses, expected to be distributed between March and April.

The bonus announcements were made through eLetters, detailing that the payments will be aligned with individual country payroll schedules. Despite inquiries sent to the company, no direct responses have been received.

In addition, Cognizant has assured employees of merit pay increases set to take effect in August 2025, adhering to the firm’s scheduled cycle. Previously, the company had dismissed speculation regarding delays in salary increments, affirming they will proceed as planned for eligible associates.
