Fay becomes a post-tropical cyclone, NHC says

​Fay, currently ​located ‌off the Azores, ​has become a ‌post-tropical cyclone, the US National Hurricane Center said in ‌its latest advisory ‌on Tuesday.

It was about 1,590 miles (2,560 km) west-southwest ⁠of ​the Azores, ⁠packing maximum sustained winds ⁠of 30 mph (45 km/h), ​the NHC said, adding that ⁠little change in strength ⁠is ​forecast, and that Fay is expected ⁠to dissipate in a ⁠day ⁠or so.
