Co-working space provider 315Work Avenue has leased 50,000 square feet to Metro Global Solutions Center Pvt Ltd in Pune, bolstering its presence in the region.

As the preferred internal solutions partner for the international wholesaler Metro, MGSC's move reflects the increasing demand for flexible workspaces among corporations.

315Work Avenue now oversees 3 million square feet and about 60,000 seats across major Indian cities, highlighting Pune as integral to its growth, according to founder Manas Mehrotra.
