Icon Facilitators Ltd, a leading name in technical facilities management, is all set to open its initial public offering (IPO) at a price range of Rs 85-91 per share. The subscription period will commence on June 24 and conclude on June 26, while anchor investors can start bidding from June 23.

The company aims to raise Rs 19.11 crore through the IPO, which involves issuing 21 lakh equity shares. As per the company's red herring prospectus, a major portion of the funds, approximately Rs 16 crore, is earmarked for working capital requirements, with the remainder allocated for general corporate needs. Icon Facilitators will be listed on the BSE SME platform post-issue.

With over 2,000 employees, Icon Facilitators is recognized for its expertise in technical facilities management services, such as electrical, captive power, and water treatment services. Financially, the company reported a revenue of Rs 58.06 crore and a profit after tax of Rs 4.47 crore for FY25, demonstrating growth from the previous fiscal. Khambatta Securities will serve as the sole book-running lead manager, while Maashitla Securities will oversee the registry.
