The bus was journeying from Hanoi to the coastal city of Danang when it veered off the road, collided with traffic signposts, and ultimately rolled over, leaving another 16 individuals injured. All those hurt have been hospitalized with various injuries.
This accident contributes to the country's grim statistics, with traffic accidents having claimed over 5,000 lives in the first six months of this year alone, as reported by the National Statistics Office.
