Moglix Transforms Khatema Fibres into a Hub of Safety and Innovation

In a significant step towards redefining Indian manufacturing, Moglix has transformed the operations at Khatema Fibres Limited (KFL). The initiative aligns with India's goal of becoming a $5 trillion economy by creating globally competitive, inclusive, and people-centric manufacturing practices.
Since acquiring KFL in October 2024, Moglix has prioritized safety and well-being through distributing over 100 safety helmets and 500 pairs of safety shoes, alongside introducing comprehensive insurance policies for employees. These initiatives aim to reimagine industrial workplaces and fulfill India's workforce aspirations.
On India's 79th Independence Day, Moglix celebrated with various team-building activities at the Khatema facility, emphasizing camaraderie and community spirit. Founder Rahul Garg highlighted their commitment to elevating manufacturing to meet global standards, focusing on creating workplaces characterized by dignity, safety, and shared growth.
