Ngee Ann Academy (NAA), a private education entity of the Ngee Ann Kongsi, has entered a new groundbreaking partnership with the UK's Newcastle University, announced on October 2 in Singapore.
This alliance is set to enhance access to high-quality tertiary education in energy management, which is increasingly becoming a critical field across Asian markets. The program, which integrates cross-disciplinary studies, equips students with specialized skills in emerging domains like AI-driven energy management, aligning with future industry prerequisites.
Scheduled for finalization on October 16, 2025, the partnership also marks a milestone for NAA as it opens doors to regional applicants. Newcastle University's faculty based in Singapore will spearhead the delivery of the program, ensuring robust academic standards augmented with regional insights and strong industry collaborations.
