The U.S. Treasury bought pesos in the "Blue Chip Swap" and spot markets on Thursday and continues to monitor all markets, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on Friday.
"Treasury remains in close communication with Argentina's economic team as they work to Make Argentina Great Again", he said in a post on X.
