Suraj Estate Developers announced a 4% increase in profit after tax, reaching Rs 33.1 crore for the September quarter. This rise is attributed to successful new project launches.
The company's total income grew significantly by 32.6%, amounting to Rs 145.4 crore in the second quarter of FY 2025-26. In addition, pre-sales saw an 89% quarter-on-quarter rise, reaching Rs 153 crore, fueled by launches such as Suraj Aureva and Suraj Parkview 1.
'This quarter's robust performance underscores the strength of the Suraj brand,' stated Rahul Thomas, the whole time director. 'We are on target to achieve our Rs 2,000 crore GDV launch goal, focusing on consistent growth and value creation.'
