In a remarkable show of resilience in the auto industry, India's leading automakers posted significant sales growth in November, despite the post-festive season sales lull. Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, and Mahindra & Mahindra all drove substantial increases compared to last November.

Maruti Suzuki achieved its best-ever monthly sales, with total units reaching 2,29,021, marking a 26 percent year-on-year growth. The company observed notable demand across all segments, particularly small cars and SUVs. Meanwhile, Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra also reported impressive gains of 22 percent each.

Other players like Hyundai, Toyota, and Renault recorded strong wholesale numbers, while the two-wheeler segment saw Honda Motorcycles leading with a 25 percent rise. Despite a dip for Bajaj Auto, the industry's overall trajectory points upwards as demand remains robust.
