IndiGo's ongoing operational crisis hit Agartala on Tuesday as five scheduled flights were canceled, extending disruptions into their eighth day, according to an official statement.
The airline, managed by Rahul Bhatia, typically runs over 2,200 flights daily from more than 90 domestic and over 40 international destinations.
K. M. Nehra, the airport director, confirmed that other airlines like Air India Express and Akasa faced no scheduling issues. Agartala's MBB Airport, noted as the second-busiest in the Northeast, services approximately 15 flights with about 3,000 passengers daily.
